Abstract

The homelessness is connected with various pathological phenomena (drug
and alcohol addiction, delinquency etc.). This conference papers is focused on a
presentation of basic data about delinquency of homeless people and about criminal
offences committed on homeless people. The whole conference paper is based on
essential theoretical basis of causes of homelessness.
