Role profesních standardů při kontrolních činnostech managementu ve Středisku rané péče v Pardubicích

Abstract

Sdružení pro ranou péči v Pardubicích – Středisko rané péče v Pardubicích (dále jen
SdRP-SRP) je registrovaným poskytovatelem služby sociální prevence - raná péče
v Pardubickém kraji. Při své činnosti vycházejí odborní pracovníci – poradci rané péče ze
znalostí profesních standardů, které plně respektují obecně platné Standardy kvality
sociálních služeb. Tyto Standardy následně uvádějí do „dobré praxe“ při realizaci samotné
služby.
Zpětná hodnotící vazba teoretického i praktického naplňování standardů poskytovatele
služby sociální prevence raná péče ve SdRP-SRP je uplatňována ze tří různých pozic.
1. z pozice managementu SdRP-SRP, 2. z pozice supervizorů (hodnotitelů) z řad členů
Asociace pracovníků v rané péči a 3. v obecném pojetí dle zákona č. 108/ 2006 Sb.
o sociálních službách inspekcí kvality sociálních služeb dle § 97.
Prezentovaným příspěvkem chtějí autorky:
1) zhodnotit praktickou roli uplatňování profesních standardů při kontrolních činnostech
managementu ve SdRP-SRP
2) vyzdvihnout důležitost supervizní činnosti respektování profesních standardů
na pracovištích rané péče členy Asociací pracovníků v rané péči,
3) nastínit některé problematické standardy ve vztahu k inspekční činnosti dle zákona
o sociálních službách (§ 97).

The Association for Early Intervention in Pardubice – Early Intervention Centre in
Pardubice (EIC) is a registered provider of services for the prevention of social exclusion in
early intervention in the Pardubice region. The work of professional counsellors in early
intervention is based on the knowledge of professional standards which fully comply with the
Standards of the Quality of Social Services. These are introduced into “good practice” when
implementing services for the prevention of social exclusion in early intervention.
Feedback for evaluation of theoretical and practical fulfilment of the standards by the
provider of services for the prevention of social exclusion in early intervention in the EIC is
provided by three different sources:
1) by EIC management,
2) by supervisors (evaluators) which are members of the Association of Workers in
Early Intervention,
3) adherence to Law no. 108/2006 of the Digest (social services) through monitoring by
inspections for quality social services according to article 97.
In this presentation the authors would like to:

1) evaluate the practical role that professional standards play during the monitoring
activities of the EIC management;
2) document contributions that the professional standards play in supervising activities
in the workplaces of early intervention by members of the Association of Workers in
Early Intervention;
3) outline some problematic standards in relation to inspection activities in accordance
to the Law concerning social services (article 97).
